Terms and Conditions for Holy Fire Reiki Certifications

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which students ("Participant(s)") may enroll in and complete Holy Fire Reiki Certification training for Levels 1, 2, 3, and Master Level (collectively, the "Program") offered byShamanic Ananda LLC ("Provider"). By registering for the Program, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

1.1 Certification Levels: The Program covers Holy Fire Reiki Certification Levels 1, 2, 3 (Advanced Reiki Training), and Master Level. 1.2 Eligibility: Participants must complete prior levels before advancing to higher certification levels. 1.3 Content Delivery: The Program is offered in-person, online, or as a hybrid model, depending on the specific course details communicated during registration.

2. Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. 2.2 Fees: Tuition fees for each certification level must be paid in full before the start of the corresponding course. 2.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are available as follows:

A full refund is available for cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date.
A 50% refund is available for cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or for no-shows. 2.4 Payment Plans: Payment plans may be offered and must be adhered to as agreed upon in writing.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to act respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. 3.2 Non-Discrimination: Discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Program without a refund. 3.3 Attendance: Participants must attend all required sessions. Failure to do so may result in the inability to complete the certification level.

4. Certification Requirements

4.1 Completion Criteria: Certification for each level requires:

Full attendance in all scheduled sessions.
Successful completion of practical exercises and assessments.
Payment of all fees in full. 4.2 Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all requirements for each level. 4.3 Validity of Certification: Certification is valid for life; however, ongoing practice and adherence to Holy Fire Reiki principles are encouraged.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Course Materials: All course materials, including manuals and recordings, are the intellectual property of the Provider and are for personal use only. 5.2 Prohibited Actions: Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent from the Provider.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1 Acknowledgment of Risk: Participants acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary practice and does not replace medical or psychological care. 6.2 Release of Liability: The Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Program or subsequent use of Reiki techniques.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Respect for Privacy: Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of personal experiences and information shared by others during the Program. 7.2 Use of Personal Information: The Provider will not share Participant information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

8.1 Provider Cancellations: The Provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course. In such cases, Participants may opt for a full refund or credit toward a future course. 8.2 Participant Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule for a future course if notice is given at least 7 days before the start date. Additional fees may apply.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida in which the Provider operates.

10. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By registering for the Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
