Nondual Energetics with the God Molecule (5-MeO-DMT)
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for participants engaging in the Nondual Energetics with the God Molecule (5-MeO-DMT) program (the "Program"). By registering for and participating in the Program, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age. 1.2. Participants must disclose any medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions during the intake process. 1.3. Participation is subject to approval based on the facilitator’s assessment of the Participant’s readiness and suitability.
2. Acknowledgment of Risks
2.1. The Participant understands that 5-MeO-DMT is a powerful substance with profound psychological and emotional effects. 2.2. The Participant acknowledges the potential risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional distress, or the triggering of unresolved trauma. 2.3. The Participant agrees to disclose any use of medications, supplements, or other substances that may interact with 5-MeO-DMT.
3. Consent and Responsibility
3.1. The Participant consents to participate willingly and assumes full responsibility for their experience during and after the Program. 3.2. The Participant agrees to follow all instructions provided by facilitators before, during, and after the session. 3.3. The Participant acknowledges that the Program is ceremonial and educational in nature and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Facilitators will maintain confidentiality regarding all Participant information shared during the intake process and Program. 4.2. Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other Participants by not sharing personal details or experiences discussed during the Program.
5. Facilitator Responsibilities
5.1. Facilitators will create a safe and supportive environment for all Participants. 5.2. Facilitators will provide preparation and integration support to help Participants process their experiences. 5.3. Facilitators reserve the right to decline or discontinue a Participant’s involvement if deemed necessary for safety or ethical reasons.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the Program start date may qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may not qualify for a refund. 6.2. Cancellation by Facilitators:

If the Program is canceled by the facilitators, Participants will be able to reschedule.
7. Integration Support
7.1. Integration support is a critical part of the Program. Participants agree to engage in follow-up sessions or practices as recommended by facilitators to process and integrate their experience. 7.2. The Participant understands that lasting benefits depend on their commitment to post-ceremony practices.
8. Legal Compliance
8.1. The Participant understands that the use of 5-MeO-DMT may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions. 8.2. The Program operates within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations, and it is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. This facilitation is in accordance with "religious certainty" requirements by Entheogenic Church Inc.
9. Liability Waiver
9.1. The Participant releases the facilitators, organizers, and any affiliated parties from liability for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects arising from participation in the Program. 9.2. The Participant acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.
10. Code of Conduct
10.1. Participants agree to engage in the Program with respect, openness, and a commitment to personal growth. 10.2. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the Program without a refund.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All materials provided during the Program, including preparation and integration resources, remain the intellectual property of the facilitators. 11.2. Participants may not reproduce or distribute Program materials without written permission.
12. Amendments
12.1. The facilitators reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to Participants.
13. Agreement and Acceptance
By registering for the Program, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
