Terms and Conditions for ACIM 365 Days of Lessons – 2025 Program

By purchasing or participating in the ACIM 365 Days of Lessons program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Enrollment and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the ACIM 365 Days of Lessons materials, including daily lessons, resources, zoom link, and community support.
Access to the Program is granted for the duration of the 2025 calendar year, and all content is provided live via zoom and replay will be emailed with the daily lesson.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for the Program are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected.
No refunds will be issued after the Program begins. Please ensure that you are committed to participating for the full year before making your purchase, however, you may cancel at any time.
Payment options are flexible. You may choose to pay the amount that best aligns with your financial situation. By selecting your payment amount, you agree to pay that amount for participation in the Program. Other's may join at any point throughout the year.

3. Program Participation

You agree to fully engage with the daily lessons, reflections, and practices. Participation is key to the transformative experience.
You are encouraged to join the live zoom, community discussions, and connect with your accountability buddy throughout the Program (if you signed up with one)
The Program is designed for individuals who are seeking spiritual growth and are committed to applying the teachings of A Course in Miracles to their lives.
The Program can also assign you a buddy if others have joined without a buddy.
We recommend to set up a weekly call with your buddy and to share what's working, what's not working, and what can be added in ways of being. Example: working - peace, love, joy. NOT working - disconnection, fear, shame. ADD: rigor, discipline, focus, inspiration. These calls are to be about 15 minutes long, and you may connect longer if you wish.

4. Content Use and Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to text, videos, and audio materials, is the intellectual property of Shamanic Ananda LLC and The Foundation for Inner Peace and is protected by copyright law.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share the Program content outside of the intended platform and community, unless with consent to do so.

5. Confidentiality and Community Behavior

By participating in the Program, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in the community.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior in the community space, including social media or any Program-related communication, will not be tolerated. Shamanic Ananda LLC reserves the right to remove individuals who violate this policy from the Program.

6. Program Changes and Modifications

Shamanic Ananda LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change the Program at any time. This may include changes to content, delivery methods, or the structure of the Program.
Any changes to the Program will be communicated to you in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

You understand that participation in the Program is for personal growth and spiritual development and is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. Seek additional support if you need it!
Shamanic Ananda LLC makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from the Program. You are responsible for your own actions, choices, and well-being.

8. Termination of Access

Shamanic Ananda LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the Program for any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in harmful or disruptive behavior, or otherwise fails to adhere to the Program guidelines.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which Shamanic Ananda LLC operates.
